Question and answer flip boards are placed next to each introduction, diving into the nuanced history of the people of Annapolis. The visitor is prompted with “why” people came to live here and “who” those people were, explaining specific Annapolis terms and traditions that locals were proud to have highlighted with historic significance.

Chronological timelines weave artifacts and history together with the Annapolis of today, highlighting the real history visitors can still see from the museum's windows.  The timelines encompass a large volume of content in a small space, and gives each entry it’s own visually engaging moment. This system continues throughout all four main galleries.
"The community loves the look of the timeline!"
